I am a personal trainer and cycling coach with over 20 years of practical experience in endurance sports. My focus in recent years has been on strength training for endurance athletes, inspired by my own challenges with injuries caused by neglecting strength training with free weights and gym machines. After learning from my mistakes, I dedicated myself to helping endurance athletes avoid injuries and the setbacks they bring. Through targeted strength training, not only can we prevent injuries, but we also enhance VO2 Max by improving movement efficiency, allowing athletes to go further in any discipline.
