1 — Initial Assessment and Goals
You will complete a detailed questionnaire about your athletic history, fitness level, goals, training availability (how many days you can train per week and how much time you have available per day) and any previous injuries. Analysis of previous data (FTP, pace, heart rate, gym training experience, etc.) The more information the better.
2—Analysis and Plan Structuring
Based on the assessment, a personalized plan is created, considering load progression, balance between resistance and strength training and individualization according to your needs.
3— Implementation and Monitoring
The training plan is provided on a free digital platform (TrainingPeaks) with detailed instructions.
TrainingPeaks has 2 types of plans: Basic and Premium.
The Free Basic Plan meets all operating needs, however, if you want to have a more detailed analysis of your training progress, you can opt for the Premium account. In this case, contact us to get a special discount on the application price. When you start training, you will receive ongoing support for the necessary adjustments based on your feedback.
4— Tracking and Adjustments
Performance data is constantly analyzed, allowing adjustments to the plan to improve results, prevent injuries and ensure efficient progress.
